and My Training Process

If you’re new to fitness training, I make your journey fun and exciting it’s easy because movement should be enjoyable! If you’re experienced, you know the deal: no judgment, no pass/fail, just establishing a baseline. My assessments usually feel like a light workout, and you should leave feeling better than when you arrived.

With great programming, comes great responsibility.

1. CONSULTATION

We’ll sit down and chat for a bit. Usually go over training/ injury history and then jump into a general warmup and fitness level “assessment”. Most of the time, my assessments end up resembling a light training session. Unless specified, most people get bored by movement screenings. We do this to gather information to establish a baseline and write a training program.

2. Train

This is pretty straightforward, we train through the program. I’ll keep track of all of your numbers while having a goal of progressing in some capacity each training session. I usually have people train 4-week training blocks before I change anything. But oftentimes, some autoregulation happens because life happens.

3. REASSESS

After each block, we review progress, your fitness goals, discuss what worked and what didn’t, and adjust accordingly. I focus on variety so you don’t get bored but always keep your goals in mind. Your feedback is encouraged!
