I’m a trainer in Boston, training out of Core Collective. Located at 17 Station St, Suite 100, Brookline, MA 02445.
My programs are structured to have you progressively build toward your ultimate goal.
I'm a trainer in Boston, MA. Over the past 15 years, I have worked with all different types of clients, from beginners to professional mixed martial artists, pregnant women, actors, senior citizens, and everyone in between. I do have a soft spot for those who are intimidated by the gym and are just starting out. It’s my biggest joy as a trainer to make those people feel comfortable and enjoy training. Because I myself once felt the same.
My goal is to get my clients to feel good and to look good as a result of improving their overall fitness level.
On top of improving overall fitness (GPP) we add specificity depending on your personal goals. Paired with enough variety to keep you from losing your mind, because it's hard to stick to a routine you hate.
Picking the right trainer for yourself is an important choice and a big investment, I completely understand. But I promise if you decide to work with me, that I will to the best of my ability, give you the highest quality training possible.
Listing off a bunch of fancy acronyms and certifications can be a cool flex for some, but I find it unnecessary. Out of all the seminars and courses I have taken over the years, nothing has even come close to the practical education of what 30,000+ hours put on the gym floor with clients taught me.
Outside of my family and faith, fitness is my biggest passion and calling. I genuinely care about each of my clients, and I would argue that helping them achieve their fitness goals is more rewarding to me than it is to them.
My goal is to give my clients the best training possible - period. I’m not dogmatic. I constantly poke holes in my own training methods while searching for other perspectives. We all have our biases, but I have no ego (maybe sometimes) when It comes to learning and improving my craft.
I already feel too old for this stuff... I mostly post videos of my own training, and thoughts on the ever-changing fitness industry.
